Will this workout help me lose weight?

    yes it would, i did just about the same thing, and i lost almost 10lbs in just one month! good luck!

    Having the target or desire body is…

    60% Diet
    30% Workout
    10% Rest

    So even if you do that, but failed to do a balanced diet, then it will not be very effective.

    And seriously, you need at least a day or two of rest.

    Maybe just a few pound in a month. I work out half as much as you do. I only been able to shed 5lbs in a few months. I not sure if you all that in one week. Seem like you just started, if not you would already know.

    uhh.. you will lose alot of weight!just watch what you eat and drinkand get alot of protein!and good stuff

    Weight loss can be a funny thing. There is no guarantee on how much you will lose. It depends a lot on the foods you eat. I would just recommend that you don’t skip meals.

    You will lose 10lbs. Your plan is hard, so need enough food & water.

    In my opinion you should get a buddy or a friend and run every morning at 5am for an hour. or have you seen that waist band thing that makes your muscles work you should get that but that work out your doing seems to much your going get so tired and not want to do it again you should just make the work out all about running and running down and up the stairs in sets of 10 100times

    most of your work out plan looks fine, but it would be a lot better if you change the Tuesday – Walk half a mile, bike one mile.

    Wednesday – Walk half a mile, bike one mile
    to running 1 mile and biking 2 miles instead, also, try to do more cardio as you go on with your plan

    for Sunday – Bike to 24 hour fitness. 15 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes stretching, 5 minutes on weights – and then a 60 minute aerobics class
    you should prob stretch first, to prevent any injuries

    as long as you work hard on these you WILL lose weight

    MOST IMPORTANTLY, you need to eat healthy, dont eat junk foods/fat foods all the time, try to eat veggies, fruits and watch for your calorie intake
