Well… First of all, 900 calories is too little. But I think the other stuff is fine.

Yes but remember to eat a bit of fat because your body needs all the nutrient groups!

now u know that is a dumb question because everyone is different.
you may need to cut down on the carbos, don’t mix carbos w meat at all, pick up on the fibier, drop the salt and do a full mile or more of walking/jogging

    no one knows that answer

u won’t know that answer till u know your body better

i think if you really want to lose weight then you should start out with just about 200 calories less than what you are eating now and slowly work your way down, if you suddenly change your diet then your body wont respond well to that and you wont lose the weight as fast as you want to.

I’m not to sure how much you’d lose maybe a few kgs(2-5) :)
I guess it’s healthy. I only do an hours walk a day, and am healthy. :)

You may need a few more calories, about 500 to 1000 more. Get them from adding fresh fruit and vegtables, not juice, to go with your protien.
The reason you need more calories is your age and the amount of exercise you are doing.
You can expect to loose about 2.5 pounds a week, on the average. Any more is very unhealthy.

Hello dear. One month ago I weighed 144 lbs, and I’m 5′4. I took up running a little over a month ago, and it changed my body significantly. I’m now down to between 132-134, and thats at the end of the day. I eat constantly though, which you need to do too…. Cardio burns off and turns fat into muscle faster than any other type of exercise, so it’s important you eat more than 1000 calories a day. For your height and weight, you should eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. If you don’t, you’ll be starving yourself of the proper nutrition you need to get the most out of your workout plan. Eat 5-6 small meals a day with snacks, like bananas for extra energy before you run. Sounds like your off to a good start. Good luck with it, you’ll be suprised how fast youll see results the healthy way, i know i was!

I’d say stay away from sugar, eat lot’s vegetables . Even fatty vegies are healthy. Do not starve your body. We all need fats and the more we resist ,the more it is on our minds. Lowfat junk is garbage. Eat Whole foods, milk, walnuts, almonds, chicken, broccoli, green leafy vegs, fruits like tomatoes, apples, peaches. Get out and play in the sun. Take a Frisbee throw it and chase it.

First of all you may not lose any weight with this plan as your body needs around 1200 calories a day just to keep functioning, with this diet and exercise you would be burning far more calories than you would be taking in. If your body doesn’t get I high enough energy intake it will go into starvation mode and actually store fat.The exercises you have listed sound quite sensible but you need to double your intake of calories. Please remember that you are only 13 and your body is still growing so if your stomach seems a little bloated now, it may flatten on it’s own as you get older.Take it easy and don’t overdo it as this may cause you injury or you could burn yourself out.
