You need to take in more calories. Your body is still growing and it needs vital nutrients to function properly. Make sure you are getting all the food groups from the pyramid. If you focus on different types of foods and include fruits and veggies you should be fine. Chocolate isn’t a big deal, it is okay to indulge once in a while. Eating less than 1300 calories puts your body in starvation mode and can actually cause you to gain more weight when you start eating normally again. An active girl your age should be taking in about 1800 calories daily. As long as you’re active you shouldn’t starve yourself, or worry about your weight.

yeah she’s right. if you eat that little amount of food, your stomach will shrink, since it no longer needs to be large enough to contain a large amount of food. then when you do eat as much as you should, your stomach will fill up faster, and whatever doesn’t fit will be converted directly to fat. So, slowly INCREASE your intake up to around 2000 calories. you will not gain weight by doing this, unless it is muscular weight. 116 is awesome for a girl your age and height.

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!

    Hi,

I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it’s 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That’s why I recommend you check this product at where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
    Good luck!
