bane

Why do you want to get rid of the baby fat? Unless you're a dude, that's hot. lol

But it sounds like your body's just getting used to your workouts. Try changing it around a bit. I change mine every month or so just to see some difference on progress. I'm not sure if that makes sense to you, but that's what I've heard and noticed.

klotz

Some serious bicycling OUTDOORS where you'll sweat more of that baby fat off will DEFINITELY do the trick. I've been a bicyclist for about 20 years, back around 15 to 35 years ago, and I rode a minimum of 30 miles per day after work, and 45, 75, and 100 miles per day on the weekends, and I was definitely not fat, nor even "pudgy", and I was in extremely good health. Also, I bought my bicycles at bicycle shops, not WalMart, Target, KMart, and such, so, get the good stuff and then get out there and SWEAT. Those bicycles will last for decades. I still have mine and I bought one of them in 1981 and another in 1982, and they're still in very good, competitive condition. And if you're already into aerobics, you'll have the cardiovascular system to do good in cycling. Join a bicycle club which you can usually find at the bicycle shop and you'll love the camaraderie of the club and you'll love the shape you get into. God Bless you.

raon

You just have to make time. I work 2 jobs and have 2 small children, but I still make it to the gym 3 to 5 times a week for 2 hours. I look at it as time for me, not so much a chore. I've lost 40 lbs in 10 months!

david

strength training does wonders for weight loss and body shaping. try to take a bit of time to engage in resistance training (as little as 20 mins a day/3 days a week can do wonders). Your heath club should have circuit training available, and someone to show you the ropes. Other than that, simple things, take the stairs, get off the bus one stop early, etc....
