Don&#039;t stop using that workout regime if you really want to lose because you will gain the weight back. 

The thing is, you&#039;re just 13 and pretty tall. You&#039;ll still grow and as you grow taller, your size sort of evens out. Just make sure you don&#039;t put on more weight!

Change your eating habits and they might have something you can prescribe to boost your metabolism. It&#039;s a known fact that people,like me,who have a high metabolism stay at an ideal weight.

1. Pilates is awesome, and you don&#039;t have to pay for the class. You can go to goodwill or a re-sale book/movie store or whatever and get old tapes.  Its really great for stomach and legs especially.

2. Definately add more biking.  If gives you a fabulous, toned and shapely *** and legs, plus you can kill two birds with one stone and bike somewhere where you can reward yourself- a coffee, a new pair of earrings, or whatever.  Biking is awesome. And saves gas/less pollution!!</description>
