    BTW I would only go to a chiropractor if a real doctor (MD) sent you to him,,, I’m disabled due to ‘adjustments’ by a chiropractor,, I wouldn’t let one touch me ever again

    Go to a chiropractor! Seriously, they help! Chiropractors adjust your back and make sure that everything is in the right place and they help with the pain. Your back is hurting for a reason and chiropractors know how to fix it! Just look up one close to you. I am only 13 and my mom has been taking our family to the chiropractor for years. Try it!
