that arent too hard… are you serious? Ever heard of equvalent exchange? Your not going to be rewarded for some ” thats arent to hard’
Now that you have a hobby, a 30 minuter jog 3-4 times a day with a nice DIET will help you lose 20-30 pounds every 4 months. and honestly, its nottoo hard.
Lay on the couch and balance the remote tv control in one hand.
Using the other hand occasionally punch a button and switch channels.
During commercials go walking from the couch to the fridge
and get a beer.
These are all not to strenous calorie burners.
ugh..im the same damn way!!!! I do sittups while i watch tv but thats all..i **** workout videos because i cant watch tv while i do them. I like to be entertained and not focus on the workout.
I do like winsor pilates though…once you watch the video a few times you get it memorized pretty quickly. They are easy to do.
