Sometimes you won’t lose weight. You gain muscle and that can make you gain weight, but it’s healthy. Is your heart rate up to it’s max? You’re heart rate should be up to it’s max at least 15 minutes everyday…otherwise you may not even bother working out. What kind of work outs are you doing? Are you challenging yourself?
You wont see results immediately from exercising, it will take a while. But youre on your way
Changing your eating habits if theyre bad will help too. And if you cut out snacks and just have the 3 basic meals you will see results.
excercise is great. you are building some lean muscle which burns calories more than fat.and your heart/lungs are getting healthier..but being more strict on your diet is what is really going to get you the results you want..quick..
to get a good basic idea..although you dont have to be as hard core, but the food and weight bearing excercises will help.www.bodyforlife.com….more smaller meals, helps speed metabolism also…you are already getting results even though you havent ’seen’ them..and throw your scale out the window..go by how your clothes fit. women are so dang mezmorized by the numbers..youre going great
WELL I LIKE TO WORK OUT AND I RAN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM WHAT I FOUND OUT IS A PROPER DET AND EXERCISE IS THE WAY TO GO BUT, THE PROPER WORK OUT IS A WORKOUT THAT IS FELT WHEN YOUR DONE THEN CONSUME PROTIEN AND LOTS OF WATER BUT ONLY DO THIS ONE HOUR A DAY FOR 5 DAYS REST TWO DAYS AND REPEAT WHEN THE WORK OUT GETS EASY INTENSIFY THE WORKOUT AGAIN REPEAT AS NEEDED ANY QUESTIONS JUST EMAIL ME
I suggest you watch your calories and you get a good balance of protein, carbs and non-saturated fats. And make sure to have the meals spread out over the course of the day.
Muscle does weigh more than fat so you probably have gained some muscle during this time and have lost a fair amount of fat. Stick with this, as your muscle level will plateau and you’ll keep burning fat and you will definitely notice the changes develop.
Make sure to keep hydrated and drink plenty of water. Also get plenty of rest so your body can provide you with energy you need to keep with this.
