I&#039;ve heard of a diet called the cabbage soup diet.  I think you can google it. But I don&#039;t think you are supposed to do it for 2 months.  My friends mom did it and it worked, but once you reach your goal, you still have to maintain a healthy diet and stay active.  I also saw on tv, that celebrity Jamie somebody who just had a baby did it as well.  Just stay away from fried foods, use olive oil instead of butter.  Go lite on mayo.  Eat your veggies steamed al dente so you still get most of the nutrients.  Eat wheat or whole grain  breads rather than white bread.  Turkey instead of ham or bologna.  Lean ground beef.  White meat chicken.  Fish, boiled seafood.  Rice.  NO sweets.  If you drink coffee, use splenda.  Water with lemon.  Or Fruit2O is a good, low sugar flavored water.  Salads are only good for you if you use a dressing like olive oil and balsamic or red wine vinegar.  If you use ranch, bleu cheese or 1000 island, your defeating the purpose.  Avocados are extrememly good for you but high in calories and fat, but its the good kind.  Bananas, apples.  Rice cakes, they make them ranch flavored and they taste just like chips.  As far as exercise, turn up the radio and dance, swimming is an exercise that works every part of your body, and you could also try bike riding, going for walks.  Do some squats and do wall push ups rather than your typical on the floor ones.  Don&#039;t over work yourself and stay hydrated!</description>

Start out walking a mile each day. Map a mile out with your car around a couple blocks in your neighborhood so you will know exactly...thats what I did. how bout this first week walk everyday aim for 30min-1hr. u d be surprised how quickly you body will adapt..then aim to get on the eliptical its pretty good workout... remember you gotta keep increasing or changing your workouts and eat good...otherwise you may not lose anything at all if your eating bad fatty foods.
my advice drink lots of water. NOO soda fast food or fried foods...eat healthy white chicken fish vegetables. etc....im sure youll be able to lose some by the time ur husband comes back as for the getting pregnant thing that may take a while if you do get pregannt the month he gets back your likely it may take a few months...</description>

Split up meals into like 6 smaller meals. Make sure over all your eating less. Make sure your not eating crap. Do lots of cardio, make sure it is intensity its pretty high. Maybe lift light wieghts.</description>
