    wow, your doing a lot, especially for your age. the thing is, your 13 and still growing, so eat at least 1800 calories a day, 2,500 max. eating lots of protein is a good idea cause your gonna need it with all the exercise. drinking lots of water and eat snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism up and running is also a great idea. DONT skip any meals whatever you do. and just to let you know you dont have to walk half a mile everyday if your going to do all of the other additional stuff. try every other day. just to let you know stretching for 30 min burns 100 calories, so a good idea would be to stretch in front of the tv when your watching a movie. that helped me alot
