you will lose fat but gain muscle, so your actual weight may not change a ton.

that regimen sounds awesome though, good luck!

you would drop weight like crazy…but its to much…you’ll give up…and if you don’t give up…eventually you will get tired of doing so much..and your body will just go back to the way it was…in my opinion your reaching to high…without even knowing if you will stick through with it…i say start slow…work out a couple days a week…if you keep going with that increase it…but this is def to much to start off with…not to mention with 900 calories you’ll end up binging …im just being honest.

Muscle weighs more that fat so you might even gain wait

so measure your waist thighs etc instead of a scale

    but

    if you’re exercising that much

when you get to the desired weight you can eat more becuase you are burning more calories than you are eating
    :)

just watch your calorie intake and how many calories you burn

    hope this helped

you have a BMI of 25, so that means to lose weight you’re going to need to burn at least 4000 calories a day. that would equate a pound a day, but you have to take into consideration that people with BMIs over 22 burn more calories in shorter periods of time, but you’ve got more weight to lose so burning a pound a day should be your minimum.

in a month on your plan, it sounds like you’d burn 3500 calories a day on average per week. 3500*7*4=98000 calories burned total, which is equivalent to about 24 pounds.

good luck with the weight loss!

ps. avoid carbs. you need them to lose weight, so cutting them out completely will ruin your efforts, but don’t have as many carbs as you would normally.

Well, as you burn fat and gain muscle your weight might not change a whole lot.
If a toned stomach is what you’re going for, biking is not an ideal activity. Biking is not known to work on one abs.
In my opinion, you should dedicate a day out of the week to rest your body and help build muscle.
Additionally, I believe that you should increase your projected calorie intake with such an intense workout routine.
    Good luck!
