I&#039;d say that your breakfast may be a little heavy, but don&#039;t cut back too much.  If you do that, you are more likely to be hungry for the rest of the day.  i&#039;d take out one of your carbs- oatmeal or english muffin, and replace it with eggs, nuts or another protein.  it will probably help you stay fuller longer.  You definitely need to eat in the 7-3 range to keep your metabolism up and running in order to maximize your weight loss or toning.  take a piece of fruit or a granola bar to snack on and it will probably make a huge difference!
