    I’d say that your breakfast may be a little heavy, but don’t cut back too much. If you do that, you are more likely to be hungry for the rest of the day. i’d take out one of your carbs- oatmeal or english muffin, and replace it with eggs, nuts or another protein. it will probably help you stay fuller longer. You definitely need to eat in the 7-3 range to keep your metabolism up and running in order to maximize your weight loss or toning. take a piece of fruit or a granola bar to snack on and it will probably make a huge difference!
