One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! – it’s just pills, but you’ll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
What exercise(s) you do in the gym? Is it cardio? Weights? Toning?
If you do cardio and weights, then that’s all right because cardio speeds up your metabolism to burn fat.
If you do weights, it boosts your muscle growth and as muscle burns off fat faster and also raises your basal metabolic rate higher (the number of calories you burn off even while resting), the more muscle you build, the higher your meatbolism hence the more calories you burn off.
You said you haven’t seen any difference yet.
Well, losing weight takes time and growing muscle also takes time……
Give yourself 8 weeks at least, to see results.
And you could take a longer time to lose weight compared with others……No rockect science here since it’s due to your body type and how committed you’re in exercising & eating healthy diet.
