I think that your second labor won’t be as bad since you’ve already experienced the first one. Although since your new baby weighs more, I think you might have a little difficulties.
Normally, second and subsequent births are easier than the first. Of course this is not always the case, but lots of times the labour is faster and you push for less time. I wouldn’t be worried if I were you…your first labour sounds like it was pretty good, so I would almost look forward to the next, thinking it would be pretty easy also.
Every labor and delivery is different. A lot depends on the position of the baby, etc. But if everything goes like last time I would think that your pain tolerance would be the same and your body would work the same way.
I have had 4 boys with one on the way, none of my deliveries were the same. the only thing that was the same was after #1, it only took 3-4 pushes to get the other 3 out.
I had 3 awesome boys and all 3 labors were different…you know what to expect at least…dont dread them…they are a wonderful experience!! Sounds like the last one was relatively easy on the both of you so this next one should be even easier!! Congrats to you hon!

I wish your baby a good healthy birth!
