I do! My mother was always thin as long as she was doing housework and laundry for 6 kids. As soon as she stopped, because we took over, she began putting on weight. She acknowledges now that caring for a house kept her active and fit. I know when I have done lots of laundry, I too feel like it’s working my body, stretching and moving the arms similar to aerobics. It may not be a full cardiac workout, but it’s what I use to motivate myself to get the work done and not have to exercise fanatically.
well not really unless your doing laundry for at least five people and that is all your doing… if your sitting down waiting for the laundry to get out of the dryer or something then prolly not… you might just be sweating at the laundromat because there are all those washers and dryers on and cleaning clothes… specially if there are a few people in it too… then all the body heat could make you sweat too
I have had to use the laundromat for the last couple of weeks and I worked up a sweat too but as for aerobic exercise I would say no. The sweat would be from the heat in the laundromat as with the dryers on it makes it quiet hot in there. But interesting question.

Not really! I think maybe a very low level workout. Unless you really dance and “shake your booty” while you are doing it……

No really exercise is when you get up off your a$$ and move your body constantly.
Not load some clothes into the washier than go watch tv
and wait for the dryer for to be done.
RIDING A BIKE IS EXERCISE AS TO COMPARE TO LAUNDRY
Laundry is a chore
