no aleve, take a break. You can end up hurting your-self really bad. I had a buddy who would run every day, he started to complain about his legs hurting , went to the Doc. found out he had shin splints, and his muscles were pulling away from his bones. So... take a break.</description>

You should take a day or two off so your muscles can heal and the problem can heal. If you allow your muscles to heal they will strengthen the back so this problem wont persist (hopefully). its probably because of your posture when you are working out. i usualy get lower back pains if im not running upright. take and aleve to get rid of the pain... and next time you work out..make sure you are standing straight up.</description>
